Customer Service Representatives Citrus-O Carpet Care is looking for friendly Telephone Sales Representatives to join our team and to grow with us. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a medium sized call centre with big plans for growth which will create many new opportunities as we expand.  This is an outbound sales position contacting previous clients, and occasionally includes answering incoming customer calls when the call-volume dictates it. Starting rate of pay is $10.00 per hour during our 3 week training period, with advancement to $11.00 per hour plus commissions upon successful completion of training.  Daily/weekly cash bonuses and incentives help make this a rewarding and interesting career choice.  Ideal candidates for these positions will have some  flexibility in regards to working various hours and occasional weekends shifts as needed. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Shifts vary between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. seven days a week. The Citrus-O Call Centre is conveniently located at the corporate headquarters in Surrey, B.C. near Scott Road and 88 Avenue, and may be reached via the Scott Road Sky-train station.    The Call Centre currently books and dispatches over 1500 jobs each month to twenty-five franchises operating throughout southern British Columbia. Call centre experience is helpful but not required- we will train the right individuals.
